Who I Work With

For Women

Many women have learned to put their own needs aside, feel critical or disconnected from their bodies, or carry shame from messages and experiences of the past. You may know that something is missing, yet find it difficult to name what you want or communicate your needs to a partner.

Our work can offer a place to explore body image, desire, boundaries, pleasure, and the patterns that have made it difficult to ask for what you need—without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.

For Men

Many men carry unspoken concerns about sexual performance, body image, desire, or their ability to satisfy a partner. Pressure to perform can make it difficult to relax, stay present, and experience intimacy as something shared rather than something you have to get right.

Our work can offer a place to step away from expectations and explore what’s happening with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can look at communication, desire, confidence, pleasure, and ways of expressing what you want and need—creating more room for connection and a more relaxed experience of intimacy.

Of course, none of us fits neatly into a category. Whatever your gender or identity, our work begins with you—your experiences, your relationships, your desires, and what you’re hoping to discover or change.

Private Retreats

Sedona has long been a gathering place for growth, transformation, and self-discovery. Stepping away from everyday life in this extraordinary landscape gives us time and space to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore what is asking for attention. Together, we create an experience that reflects where you are, what you’re longing for, and what you’re ready to discover.

Retreats are experiential, spacious, and individually designed, with time for conversation, embodied practices, reflection, and integration.

Each private retreat is individually designed.

Retreats may be one, two, or three days, depending on what you’re wanting to explore and the depth of experience you’re seeking. After an introductory conversation, I’ll create a personalized retreat proposal that outlines the experience, schedule, and investment.

What Our Work Together May Look Like

  • Guided conversation — slowing down and exploring what’s really happening beneath familiar patterns.

  • Breath practices — using breath to settle, open awareness, and reconnect with sensation.

  • Movement and sound — gentle experiential practices that help you move beyond thinking and access what the body may be communicating.

  • Body awareness — noticing sensation, tension, desire, boundaries, impulses, and other signals from the body.

  • Meditation and mindfulness — practices that help quiet the noise, deepen presence, and bring greater awareness to what you’re feeling in the moment.

  • MELT practices — gentle self-care techniques using specialized balls and rollers to support body awareness, ease tension, relieve pain and help you feel more connected and at home in your body.

  • Connection and communication exercises — experiential activities for couples that may involve presence, eye contact, listening, expressing wants and needs, and practicing staying present with each other even when things feel tense or tender.

  • Practices to take home — simple personalized exercises you can continue between sessions so the work so what we do together carries into everyday life.

Everything we do is invitational and guided by your comfort, your boundaries, and your consent.

All sessions are fully clothed.

Intimacy coaching is educational and experiential and not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health care. If needs arise beyond my scope, I encourage clients to work with an appropriate licensed professional.

Ready to begin?

You don't have to figure it all out alone. If something you’ve read here stirs something within you—a sense of possibility, a flicker of curiosity, or a longing you thought you’d lost—I’d love to hear from you. Reach out, and we'll begin with a conversation about where you are, what you're longing for, and whether working together feels like the right next step.
